14-Day Right to Cancel (Unopened Products)
UK customers have the legal right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the product is unopened, unused, and sealed.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes and perfume oils cannot be returned, even within the 14-day period.
Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene Exception)
The following items are non-returnable:
- Opened, used, or tested perfumes / perfume oils
- Tester bottles
- Customized, engraved, or specially filled orders
- Clearance or discounted items (unless faulty)
This is permitted under UK law for sealed goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
- Clear photos or videos of the item
- Photos of outer and inner packaging
If the issue is verified, we will offer:
- A replacement, or
- A full refund, including standard delivery costs
Return Process
- Customers must contact us before sending any item back
- Items must be returned in original packaging and condition
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is subject to the return conditions above.
